Picked up U-Haul and upon inspection it was full of dog hair. Once we loaded the U-Haul we discovered the 2 front tires were in horrible shape, bald to the wire on the inside on one. Upon calling the pick up site they told us we must call road side assistance, they could t help us. My husband finally got them to change the tires, but the new tire wasn’t much better, the dealer did the best they could, but had we not caught the tires before we got in the road for a 200 mile trip we would have had a blow out.

GEORGE BUsed this location before for truck rentals and staff at this location are great. This time i noticed the truck windshield was really dirty and it looked like some little coffee spills on the console, and there was a shirt and a couple of socks (?) under/behind the seats. Major issue, tho, was the passenger side rear view mirror would not stay in place. The screw used to tighten it in position apparently was stripped, and no matter where you positioned the mirror, as soon as you started driving it swung back out of place. I finally got it secure enough with duct tape so that it was usable and I could see behind me on that side, as it really was safety issue.
