The truck I rented was dirty when I picked it up & then I waa charged for a cleaning fee as well as an after-hours service fee. Considering I received no service & managed the whole rental from beginning to end on an app, I can't conceive of what after-hours service they thought I received. I am exceptionally disappointed and have requested a refund. I have yet to receive anything other than an automated response thanking me for my feedback.

Vehicle shifter was messed up. Back of truck had leaked water into my things. Minimal damage to my thing's. I was also charged for 2gal of fuel when I brought it back at the same level. I was charged for 11 miles over my agreement as well. Apparently they started charging $20 for after hours drop off. I dropped vehicle around 5:15 pm at this location. Is what it is....
