I received a voicemail the morning of my reservation from a female staff, stating I had to go to a different location to pick up my truck. I called back and this female staff was very very rude and snotty. Said well we don't have that size truck I said I cant to all that way to rent the truck what are my options she said we have a 15 foot truck I said how many rooms is that so I know if it will work or not. She said I don't know all rude. I asked her if she could please find that information out for me so I can know if I want it or not. She needs lessons on customer service. The gentleman that helped when at 5pm for my truck was very helpful and nice.

I was given the keys and sent to the truck. I was not familiar with this vehicle at all. After parking my car, I noticed the back door to the vehicle was wide open. Not sure if that is a regular practice or an oversight. If I had not noted this, I would have been driving down the road with the back door open. Someone should come with the customer to review the vehicle and ensure things like this do not happen. Customer Service was very polite otherwise

Honestly I am not sure how you can improve your service. The vehicle I rented was very good, the company representative was very good and professional and the price point was fair. I plan on doing more business with uhaul in the future. Thanks uhaul!

I was charged $64.95 and $59.96 on my visa debt for 9/11/17. This caused my account to over draft and overdraft my insurance payment . Please credit my visa debt account immediately. You have created a hardship by double charging me for 1 truck rental . Vickie Phillips

Get your paperwork and your CUSTOMER SERVICE right. When we checked out the car hauler trailer, the lady who gave it to us said the ID# on the trailer was different than what was in the system, and that she would fix it. FIVE days later, multiple phone calls and being put on hold and transferred back and forth, still no help. Finally on the 5th, I got an invoice email. Was it fixed? I have no idea. Did they fix the paperwork in their system? I have NO CLUE. I called the phone number on our paperwork, and customer service said they left messages for both Kelly and Drew (who left me VM's to call them), neither of them called me back at any time. Nor did anyone else the other two times I called and was told they messaged the location. Regardless of whether or not Uhaul finally fixed the issue on their end or not, you should have CALLED ME BACK to tell me. An email with an invoice doesn't do the trick. I am disappointed and will not be using this location again.

I try to rent a truck at the place on 7th Avenue and they had the wrong truck Nate got me a truck over at the new place and I went over there and picked it up there with no when I went to turn it in at the place in Tacoma the gentleman there was really overwhelmed because he was working by himself they really need more people at that store

The young woman at the 7th Street location was so very helpful. They did not have a truck to rent. So, she called the new River Road location and found that there was a truck and had it reserved for us. This was incredibly kind and helpful. Wish I could remember her name so that she could be given the acknowledgement that she deserves. The employees at the River Road location were also very helpful and professional. I would rent again. My experience began with receiving multiple phone calls in the days leading up to my move with uhaul changing the location of pick up and the truck that would be available, which created difficulty to schedule for myself and those helping me move. On the day of my move I called to confirm my reservation and double check about pick up. I was told my truck was available and I could come in at any time. Upon arrival I was told that they did not have a truck for me for 2.5 more hours and I would need to take a different size than I ordered. The staff was unapologetic and begrudgingly gave a small discount (which I had to remind them of during check out as they attempted to charge me full price).

I was first guaranteed a truck through a dealer on Franklin boulevard in Eugene and when I arrived he didn't have one but sent me to the uhaul corporate place down the street assuring me they would, but they did not and deferred me to yet another dealer, the one I ended up renting from 3 and a half hours after I was supposed to have been moving..and they almost had to turn me away as well but ended up giving me a dirty truck with broken glass in the cab... the gentleman at the last 2 uhaul places tried hard and were polite but in the end i was led all over town and put way behind schedule and had to kill myself to get the job done
