KATHRYN A | Overall ExperienceRented a unit and was told there was a lock in it for me. There was no lock in the unit. The unit also had a different name, which the General Manager was able to clarify. When I reached out to them after hours, he was responsive about the unit, but did not reply after I asked him about the supposedly provided lock. I am cautiously optimistic and may have to relocate things if this place does not pan out. The facility is clean and the carts are a great touch. I hope I have a great experience here.

If people work late and can't do anything until after the doors are locked, and can only use the door with a card key its a little inconvenient. The card key is great, but the little door we have access to after it closes makes it harder to get stuff in your storage. If the card key works to open the door it should work for sliding doors as well, but I do think it should have 2 minute timer just long enough to pull in big stuff or a couple carts then lock again.
