HADEN M. | Overall ExperienceAll the staff was wonderful except for one. His name is Michael and I recently found out he is a regional manager. Over a month ago on one of the hottest days of the year. I was having trouble loging out of my unit. I saw two men down by the office entrace and spoke loudly and asked if they worked for U-haul, as there was no indentifying clothing. Michael stride was angry as he approached me and told me and demanded I speak to him respectfully. I questioned that response. He went to the key pad and held his hand out to hand him my key. He was angry and I declined. He then threatned to cancel my storage contract with U- Haul if I didn't comply. He was insulting and angry. If I had my pepper spray on me I would have used it. I also have a witnese to these events. I jumped through many hoops to send an email to the appropriate person to lodge a formal complant. Never hear back. I have owned companies and I am a consumate business woman. This type of personality does not deserve to work with the public. Thank you, Coleen Rimer 503-780-3165

carol h. | Overall ExperienceIt would have been very helpful to have access to a bathroom after office hours closed. Also could have used a smaller storage unit to be available. But good customer service and I loved the all access hours. I do wish that the sliding doors had worked after hours, as it was difficult to get my trolly through the small door on loading by myself.
