My pick up location was changed to here and I thought it was going to be fine. What I did not know was that I would not be having any actual face to face contact with anyone. I was told that my dolly was Amal going to be available that I reserved. There was no dolly. I am still waiting on a phone call from management.

Dean CPick up location was in an area with poor internet access. The U-Haul app or website wouldn’t work. It took me an hour and half to get this U-Haul. The pads I ordered weren’t in the U-Haul and I couldn’t talk to anyone at this location.
