No key was left for my after-hours pick up. Had to return next morning. No mention of the inconvenience and no apology. Also paid for blankets which were not included. Didn’t feel safe picking up after-hours.

PATRICIA TMy pick up location was changed to here and I thought it was going to be fine. What I did not know was that I would not be having any actual face to face contact with anyone. I was told that my dolly was Amal going to be available that I reserved. There was no dolly. I am still waiting on a phone call from management.
