I am sure this is how the program works but the long commute to even pick up a U-Haul on top of a move is extremely inconvenient. I had to load up the wife and 3 kids to drive 2 hours one way to pick up this U-Haul. Something under an hour would be an ideal but that was a whole day wasted. Other than that I think U-Haul is pretty top tier when it comes to this business. I did have to go through 4 employees to find one that could help me pick up my reserved U-Haul.
