I picked the Trailer up and it had Carbon Black in it from a past rental. This happen before at this same location and I complained about it to Hopper's and to U-Haul. Both pointed the finger at each other. They are letting a customer haul tires or something like that in the trailers and this time it got all over my wife's suitcase and her clothes. I told Hopper's today that I'm tired of being the guy"in the middle" while they point at U-Haul and U-Hauk points at them. This time I'm not just complaining - I want a refund. I have pictures of the crap all over our stuff.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe Uhaul website was unable to locate an auto transport in the Eva, AL area. I called and talked with a representative and she located the auto transport in Eva. I’m not sure why the website couldn’t locate the equipment. The folks at Hopper Building Supply were great to work with and got me on my way.

Richard TOver the years I have used Uhaul trailers and trucks. I have always found them well maintained, clean and ready for use. Uhaul is my place to go if I have a need of a trailer or truck and there are locations nearby. Thank You.
