Everything in the app is pointless having to do everything again at the location facility. The process with the business to over 30 minutes and that was after i had completed everything on the app prior to scheduled pick up time. What's the point of the app if therequired me to do everything again at the facility picking up the keys?

I needed the 26’ truck. It wasn’t available like it said it would. I had no choice but to take the 10’. Loaded the truck up to make the first trip and the the cable to the door was broke and the door wouldn’t shut. We had to unload it on to a pick up truck. Yesterday was moving day. I had to be out of the rental by the end of the day and we had to us a pickup truck to move stuff instead of using the uhaul because the door wasn’t checked by the uhaul location. They weren’t helpful and I still got charged for it even though I wasn’t able to use it. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone. It does get anymore simple than making sure your equipment is in working condition and don’t list it as available if it isn’t. We are in a small town there is no where else to rent moving truck like big cities.
SAMANTHA PSome of the workers at this location don’t like to help customers. After they go over all the paperwork with you they just say have a good day. They don’t come out to help attach the trailer or anything. I walked in and said a had a reservation and the lady that was helping me said I hate U-Haul. Also said I don’t know why they make us go over it again with them if they do it then self’s
