Folks at Spokane 3rd Ave location have always treat me the best too
DANIEL HI ordered 12 moving blankets with my truck but never received them. I thought “I have bigger fish to fry right now” and didn’t think twice about it. After returning my truck, the U-Haul dealer called and said they wouldn’t process my return unless I payed an additional $100 to pay for the blankets THAT I NEVER RECIEVED. I had to fork it over or “be banned from all moving companies forever”. This added to an already stressful moving experience. If you have to use third party people to facilitate your business, maybe vet/train them better and give them the capability to communicate with each other. I would take away stars if I could…
