Trailer tongue was in the dirt. I had to help the guy lift it onto my hitch. His English was not very good.

The slide for loading was inoperable ,making it more difficult to load/unload. I informed the renting agency of the problem. I would have appreciated a discount because of the difficulty

TIMOTHY SNo one there - drop off instructions taped on door to call, called gave me another number, that number never picked up - left messages, to this day NO CALL! Dropped keys in lock box. A week later received text & email within 2 minutes of each other letting me know I would be reported as stealing the truck. They never checked their lot to see if the borrowed truck was there before sending what I considered to be a threatening notice. I Will NEVER recommend this drop off location.
