Darrall was not pleasant and later apologized. His location is inaccurate with GPS systems, so very challenging to find. His rudeness did not help the frustrating situation of getting the equipment that I needed. He also took over an hour to get me on the road. Before I got there, he told me "if it's raining, I won't help you with the tow dolly."

TAVIUS WI called to let him know we might not make drop off on time. He was very sweet and helpful. Weather was a factor and he was focused on our safety more than making drop off time. That says a lot about your employee. Drop off process was very smooth.
