I arrived late, so the business was closed. I did get instructions on where to leave it, but in the dark, in a sketchy neighborhood, a woman alone, I was glad no one happened by. And unhitching was quite difficult. I was able to use my own jack to help uncouple but this hitch is not easy. Nor was jerking a 900 pound trailer off my car at age 71.
