I’m very upset with the Liberty Mo branch and the Kearney Mo branch that promised me 45 days in advance that they could both get me the truck and trailer I needed if I selected there locations as the pick up location. This was the first time I’ve ever used U Haul and I went to those locations to walk me through the process. The flat out lied to me on how the process worked and how I would get my equipment. This process was horrible, inconvenient, and extremely stressful. Your own people don’t even know how your own rental system works and it mislead me. My whole move was 100% centered on when and where I picked up my equipment and none of it was accurate. I’m so incredibly upset at the process and will more than likely ever use or even recommend u haul to anyone.
