Again, no fault of the facility, but I was charged for additional mileage after being told the original location we had chosen on the site was closed and we were relocated 50 minutes away for pickup which apparently put us over mileage. A ridiculous end to an extremely annoying and off-putting experience.
Joe SWent through U-HAU for my first time. Terrible ass never go there again only gave one insurance. I got an honest mistake. Accident and I get charged whenever I paid for insurance
Kasi LI was told by the store where I picked up in Washington, ks that I could drop off at local location for no extra charge. Then I was charged 117.00 for dropping off at wrong location. They absolutely said there would be NO EXTRA CHARGE. I have been a very good long standing customer. Not happy at all and will think long and hard before I use UHAUL again.
