Jeffrey JIt was a mobile drop off at a convenience store so no environment or personnel to rate. The mobile app was easy to use and located the key drop with minimal delay.
Pier FPlease provide an explanation why I had to go to another location instead of my first chosen location that was 15 minutes closer. I had to use up more gas since it was a distance away and it comes out of my pocket. Gas prices right now are much higher than usual so I was displeased that I had to go to another location further away. With the truck, I was very happy with the size and the cleanliness at least but the wheel alignment is off and needs to be done, the steering wheel has to be angled for me to drive straight.
