It was a mobile drop off at a convenience store so no environment or personnel to rate. The mobile app was easy to use and located the key drop with minimal delay.

Please provide an explanation why I had to go to another location instead of my first chosen location that was 15 minutes closer. I had to use up more gas since it was a distance away and it comes out of my pocket. Gas prices right now are much higher than usual so I was displeased that I had to go to another location further away. With the truck, I was very happy with the size and the cleanliness at least but the wheel alignment is off and needs to be done, the steering wheel has to be angled for me to drive straight.
Nicholas CThis trailer had large hooks for the safety chains, which I have never previously seen. The large hooks were too big for the safety chain attachment point on my Class IV hitch. Fortunately, the manager of the pickup location came up with a creative solution using a threaded, quick-link safety-chain hook, which allowed the large hooks to work. If U-Haul plans to use the large hooks going forward, the pickup locations need to have these threaded, quick-link safety-chain hooks available for use
