Pick up and returned to the same location, the process was slow because they were very busy doing other things. They were very pleasant and I do understand today you need diversity in business to survive. All in all a good experience.

Worst rental experience I have ever had. I was called the day before my scheduled pick up and told they had NO EQUIPEMENT for me. That is the reason for a reservation ! ! ! I had to drive 90 miles one way to pick up the equipment I reserved 3 weeks prior.

Man stated he had went over the trailer and everything was fine. 600 miles into my trip I could feel the trailer sliding on the road. Ended up having to call u haul roadside assistance because the tire had a bald spot in it so bad it was going to blow any minute. This is after I informed him that I was moving to California from Maryland for school. Won't use him again. Ended up adding a whole extra day to my trip as the u haul roadside assistance took almost 3 hours. Disappointed

I filled out all of my info online before picking up the trailer but I had to fill it out again in person. Otherwise it is a ok location. Just wish I did not have to fill out my paperwork twice.

The uhaul person had to wade through screen after screen to find out actual time/date for return. Thought truck and trailer were both late, but eventually got to the bottom of it. Any problem I had with location does not extend to agent. He was very helpful.

I would never recommend using the online check-in. Always go when the location is open. The app wasn't working correctly, getting approved was time-consuming and a hassle. Never again.

Customer service over the phone is horrible. The lady was a complete bitch when trying to explain the location that they sent us to was closed. The guy that helped us at tru blue in exmore Virginia was amazing. He even talked to the lady to explain.
