The owner was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The entire process only took a few minutes and I was on my way! I definitely will be back for any future UHaul rentals!!

Linwood CHad to ask 3 times and wait 20 minutes for the employee to come out and detach the trailer. Then, he berated me for not folding the moving blankets in the back of the U Haul -- are you kidding me!
RANDI LAvoid having customers being given faulty equipment. The customer shouldn't have to spend extra time going from trailer to trailer prior to getting a serviceable one. We are often on a timeline and weather can often make the additional time doing physical activities outside uncomfortable. I'm not sure what the last customer had to say about the initial trailer I was offered, but some of the lights didn't work (running lights and brake lights didn't work - blinkers and emergency flashers did). After an employee tested my car's electrical connection, I hooked up to a second trailer that worked perfectly.
