Woman who checked out truck said nothing about rental requirements or costs, or anything. She did paperwork that was sent to my email, gave me the key and said truck is in back. She was alone. So we waited 15 minutes before she handled our rental, addressing her smog customer. She added insurance i did not ask for. She did not tell me to replace gas. With what i used or that i could self checkin… or anything. Very concerning. I will not return to that station!
Janice KThe vehicle I reserved was supposed to have a ramp, it did not. It was parked on the side of the building and others cars were parked there making it hard to get out of the spot. In interior of the truck(cab) was dirty and stinky stuff everywhere. Only thing is that it was available after hours and easy to find the location. The truck did start up no problem.
