This location is terrible. There wasn't any signage for Serene Lash Lounge anywhere, and a google search doesn't even show that business in the area. I felt very unsafe standing next to my U-Haul alone, next to a run down strip center and a grassy field, with people driving by and cat-calling or honking at me, even at 7 am. The app would not work to unlock the truck quickly, so I had to stand there alone for nearly half an hour after the uber dropped me off at the location. I repeat: I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS LOCATION.

The battery is almost dead, making the vehicle very difficult to start. There are no metal tie-down rings in the cargo area, so large items cannot be secured properly.
Richard QThe location it's ok, the problem was that the vehicle you rent me it was in really bad conditions, that even the motor light engine was on. And the service to try to communicate with someone for assistance was poorly.
Keyla ANever got the keys to my uhaul and I was charged. Location was locked and nobody inside. Did not answer phone after calling multiple times.
