I have used Lena's U-Haul service several times. I have always found them knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them again.
DON TI think a little more information on what to do if circumstances change. Our movers took longer than we expected and it took a while to find out exactly what we needed to do about extending our rental and returning the vehicle at this location.
PATRICIA HEquipment was not clean. They were nice but the work wasnt done correctly because they have too much going on there, trying to juggle 5 or 6 bussiness at a time. It also became an issue for my return procesd
MICHELLE FIf you do use this site you may want to wait until 8:30 to pickup the truck. The cell service is weak, and it makes mobile pickup difficult.
