The location was not accessible during hours with no communication on where to put the key. Manager in charge of it was very rude and inconsiderate of the fact that she should of explained it thoroughly what to do after the Uhaul is finished and needs to be parked. She made me feel very inferior and I did not appreciate it. Poor customer service. The actual truck was clean and well put together, along with being easy to maintain.
