I would love it if I could enter all of my payment information, and rent the trailer or tow dolly at a much earlier hour in the day...place doesn't open until 10am. When having to haul vehicles for family or friends, I'd prefer to start as early as possible in the day, like... before the birds start chirping LoL
LANCE SOnline pickup was awful and did not work and there was an hour wait on the phone to talk to someone. This put us two hours behind for our entire day. We were also asked to bring it back within six hours and asked for a discount which they said they would due to two hour wait to pickup and the fact we still returned it early per request. Very disappointed in the entire process.
