Everything went like clockwork, the vehicle was just what I needed to grab a furniture purchase in town.
MARK JWe rented the uhaul on Friday evening to move furniture to a family member. No one walked with us to pre inspect the uhaul and we were told to look for marking on the outside of the uhaul. Never was it mentioned for us to inspect the cargo section of the truck. When returning the truck I was told there was dirt in the cargo section of the truck. One guy walked me over and showed me the dirt while the lady stood there with the blower ready to blow the dirt from the truck. They questioned me and I told them we only moved furniture. We didn’t notice the dirt because someone loaded and unloaded the truck for us. We are of age and are unable to lift heavy items. They did believe me but to have to be questioned and have to explained was stressful. If we had been told to inspect the inside cargo or someone walked with us to make sure of condition of the truck this would have been noticed. Also this mean someone did not check the truck before when the previous users used the truck to notice the dirt. My advice is regardless of being busy with the number of customers please have someone walk with customers to inspect the truck prior and upon returning. Thank you for believing me.
