Disappointed that there were undisclosed fees for a one day extension at destination ($40/day ended up being $67/day due to additional insurance, location fees and taxes). The mileage was three miles over and should have been waved, because that is the distance from the gas station to the destination location.
JOSEPH PThere is a gate and with a 26 foot uhal there is no signage to say where to park this thing. States dont block entrances but doesn't give information where to correctly park
Jacob EI hate the fact that if you use the app and has questions or need something that they can’t help You at all at the location in person … you have to call someone. The app is NOT user friendly and has its hiccups
