I had previously arranged for a uhaul for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived at the location to pick it up, the location was closed and I was unable to get the uhaul I reserved. There were no other uhauls available when I called. My service then had to be delayed until Tuesday and ruined all of my plans for moving, as I was closing on my house on Tuesday. I wasn’t even given a discount or anything for the inconvenience and then I was charged for having to pick up the uhaul where I live to drive to and from my moving location.
