No employees present at location for pick up. Spent upwards of two hours trying to get all the pick up tasks completed. Owner/Operator finally sent someone to the uhaul location. This individual didn't speak a single word to me even though I greeted them with "good morning". Individual merely took a picture of the trailer hitch/hookup configuration and left. I'll repeat, not a single word in greeting or otherwise was given. Without question the worst Uhaul experience I've had in the last 35 years.
