The van was dirty inside and out -- I had to clean it myself with wipes inside and clean the window -- I gave up on the side windows. The air cabin filter has clearly not been changed (on a hot day, using A/C with white particles blowing into the cabin -- which is why I cleaned it!). That all being said DOMINIQUE is absolutely LOVELY!! She is a knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with and speak to -- while all BY HERSELF DOING EVERYTHING AND DEALING WITH MULTIPLE people simultaneously!!!! That young lady is an inspiration, truly.! I would use your location again only because of HER as I can rent a dirty truck or van ANYWHERE! :)
