The odometer light was not working and I had a very hard time driving the vehicle during dark hours. Also, the back door of the vehicle was nit working property. The location barely had any space th park the returned vehicle

The price in online and at the pick up store are different
BHARATH KI really appreciate how fast and easy it was to rent and use the truck. The staff were incredibly helpful.
HOWARD KI was bait and switched for the $15 safe move coverage. When booking the rental I denied it. When I showed up I noticed it was added. I asked for it to be removed and was told “that’s handled by U-Haul, we’re just contracted…I’ll send an email. It looks like that email was never sent because after dropping it off, I see I was charged the $15. This represents a 21% up charge I didn’t ask for. I plan to call U-Haul for assistance.
