The associate that assisted with my rental was amazing. I do remember her telling me last Wednesday was her last day, however, I wanted her exemplary customer service to be recognized
Erica BBetter communication about returned equipment standards. Got charged for not folding pads but the associate that issued the pads didn't warn me before the rental, only upon return.
