I have used many u-haul trucks over the years. This is the first time I have ever received a truly dirty trashed up truck. Old wrappers, receipts, sticky food. I had to wipe out the whole cab with lysol wipes. This however is not my issue. For the first time ever i was charged a cleaning fee?! Lol I always leave these trucks spotless and I've never been charged for cleaning. I quite literally returned it cleaner than it was given. Another big issue. I did not rent equipment or blankets. When I started to load I found balled up wet blankets and a dolly which I did not need or use in the back. I was charged for these items I made no use of. outrageous...

BRIAN MThe truck was parked surrounded by snow Inside of box truck had to be swept by us before using Snow was not cleaned off of top of box truck which is illegal in Maine The staff was friendly enough. We should have mentioned these problems before we took the truck but we were crunched for time. I recommended this store because I think this is the only place in Farmington that rents moving trucks. Kind of odd since this is a college town
