To say,the people were nice but the trailer was not inspected,had a bad taillight and took it as is.my original pick up was in tuscaloosa,AL,the day before was notifyed no available trailer and had to drive an hour to next town(fayette) to pick this one,drive another hour to Tuscaloosa to load and drive 8 hour to Jax,fl.got pulled by sheriff officer,due to bad tail light ,left with a warning.so not a good experience.waiting for regional manager to call.

They were so friendly and helpful. However, it was an hour away from where I had originally reserved a truck so it added two hours to our moving day.
Emily GExcellent service, very efficient personnel. I’m a senior citizen and the office personnel took the time to explain everything to me concerning my contract and the need to keep my papers with me. They had a kind young man to help me hook up. Love that easy hitch.
TOMMY NMr Black was very patient as I was trying to return the UHaul. He waited for me to finish the process while he was waiting to close the gate for the evening. Very nice and helpful!
