Black's wrecker service was awesome, I wish I could say the same for my UHaul experience. I reserved a 15 ft truck ONE month in advance for a major move. On the day before I received a call telling me I had to drive an hour to pick up a truck. The next day, two hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a text telling me that my truck was not available and I could go pick up a smaller truck in another location which would now be almost two hours from me. I called UHaul customer service and was informed that they didn't have any trucks in the size I needed but could pick up a 26 foot truck (which would not be able to make it down my dirt road) at another location an hour away. I was really frustrated with them and the poor customer service! I was able to rent a 5 x 9 open bed trailer to start hauling stuff to a storage facility in town because I had no way to taking all of my stuff to my new home 5 hours away. Now I have to make another move!!

ANDREW BI had to hook my trailer up myself. No one did an inspection with me or even did a walk around to make sure the trailer had no damage . One of the ramps came out all the way and the ratchets to secure the front tires were very hard to use.
