The customer service was exceptional. The gentleman who helped was so nice and he treated me like an old friend. Picking up the trailer and returning it was incredibly easy. There was plenty of room to load in the large parking lot. I will choose this location again! Thank you!

JAMES KI reserved my Uhaul at a location 5 minutes from my house. I then had to drive 40 minutes to pick up my Uhaul from a different location on the day of my rental.
Seth MI was charged $15 for “Safe Move” Coverage that I did not sign up for… if this could be remedied, it was an otherwise great experience.
