Easy to work with
SHERRI M2nd time renting from the Johnson Hardware facility. Very pleased with the experience both times.
KENNETH CI called the store to set up a 15' rental to be picked up in Fayetteville, AR and dropped off in Rogers, AR. Upon receiving my reservation I noticed that the individual had assigned me a 9' van. Easy enough fix in the app. What I didn't notice was that my drop off address was not correctly entered either. This left me facing a $200 wrong location fee. I guess that's on me for not double checking that someone else did their job correctly. Multiple inaccuracies on a simple procedure like this isn't something I would recommend to others.
