We believe the mileage was not recorded accurately and disputed the mileage with the vendor and with Uhaul. It is absolutely impossible for that much mileage to be correct. Waiting for an answer and not happy. The truck was in poor operating condition. Then we had to spend money to air up the tires because there was a leak. Also, we had to pull over once when the dash indicated 0% oil life and the oil pressure was less than 40 psi. To top it off there was a dolley in the back that was not strapped and it would bang around inside the trailer cargo area, so we had to take it out and remember to put it back. We called about the oil pressure, because we worried that the truck would leave us stranded. I would bet $100 that if they took that truck out for 10 miles they would find that the mileage is incorrect. I added all the routes we took and it was off by almost 100 miles. I could not find the mileage anywhere on the truck dash or in any of the modes on the dashboard. This seems to me to be a total scam. Beware of giving your credit card to them for any charge they want.

Truck was full of dirt when I picked it up probably because the back door was standing wide open. Upon dropping the truck off 15 minutes early the college boy who can't make eye contact said leave the keys and he would check it later. Then I start getting charges hitting my account claiming I turned it in late. Called and talked to an employee and he said they where not correct and he would fix the charges. This was at the beginning of june and guess what they are still hitting my account with a $80+ charge. I have used uhaul for years and johnson but these grandchildren working here now are running this place into the ground. You have lost my business due to the entitled kids working here. I have the paid reciept.
