Ordered a dolly, but owner did not communicate clearly that he did not have one. Even though we were not charged for this, I didn’t know the dolly had been taken off until I opened the back of the truck to begin moving, which was unhelpful because my wife and I needed a one for moving heavy boxes and appliances. Along with this, the truck was filthy and not cleaned at all.

Business was closed when I dropped off so can't comment on staff. The area had a lot of homeless people and random people just hanging out around the parking lot. Didn't have any problems, but the area didn't have a good feel about it.
