Kristina SThere was extra packing material left inside that I did not ask for and took up storage space. The individual who gave me keys also took a payment on top of U-Haul taking payment and was pushy on message to pick up the van and I was not late.
DYLAN GI wasn’t really sure where to go - there is a key Dropbox out front but you can’t access it because there were scooters locked up directly in front of it. If you tried to drop off after hours, it would be extremely difficult. The location was easy to find though and after giving up on trying to drop the key in the Dropbox and going in, the employee was friendly and helpful.
