They didnt have all the furniture blankets I ordered but the location was fine otherwise and they refunded the charge for the blankets so it's fine. They did complain that uhaul hasn't supplied them with enough blankets, despite their asking, and uhaul never bothers to verify with them or the customer. U-Haul you should do better and support your independent network of contracted locations better. Uhaul sells the truck as a 15' truck. It is not. Sitting next to what they sell as the 10' truck, it is clear to see that this truck is only about 2' longer.... Unless you count the "moms attic" section over the cab. Which is basically useless. And should not be advertised as counting towards the 15 ft length of the truck. This is not the location's fault, take note. I looked it up and verified this is 100% completely U-Haul's fault. U-Haul really should put a disclaimer making it more obvious that three of your 15 ft is basically useless. Everything was fine otherwise.

When an appointment is set it would be most helpful if we had the undivided attention of the representative. UHAUL needs to be sure this location and the on line check in is compatible. We had done all our registration on line only to have to do it over because it didn’t reflect our drivers information, nor did she expect is upon arrival.
