HENRY IMY TRUCK HAD MAJOR ENGINE ISSUES AND THE GEAR SHIFT DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. THE SPEED VARIED THE ENTIRE TRIP & A 5.5 HOUR TRIP TOOK 9.5+ AND TRIPLE THE GAS. IT WAS DIRTY & EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE. WHEN I REPORTED THE ENGINE LIGHT ON THE ENTIRE TRIP ONCE I GOT ON THE HIGHWAY, ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED, BUT NOT ANY ASSISTANCE TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK AND RELOAD ANOTHER ONE. THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN NOT TO RENT THIS TRUCK DUE TO THE ENGINE & GEAR SHIFT PROBLEMS IT PRESENTED. I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF $444 AND ONLY GOT BK $113 WHICH IS ALSO TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL NOR REFER THEM AGAIN. I ASKED FOR MY COMPLAINT TO BE ESCALATED UP TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR REVIEW AS I DESERVE A FULL REFUND OR AT LEAST 3/4 OF MY MONEY BK.
