Our Budget rental truck canceled on us last minute. Our agent U-Haul (Lani) was able to quickly find a truck in our area that was available for immediate pick up. She listened while I explained our situation and was very nice/professional as she worked with us to find our truck. We arrived at Legion Self Storage so quickly, the desk clerk didn't even realize the truck had been rented out yet, but he was quickly able to get us checked in and on the road. He was very personable and even offered us water for the road. 10/10 service for both U-Haul and Legion Self Storage!

Entrance closed for driveway work. Sent to a back entrance that was left open and was not secure. We returned on a Sunday and there was a lot of people on the property, no employees, facility was closed
