AMY KI had scheduled in-person pick up for 1:30. Got to location and doors were locked with note saying they would return at 2:30. A key was left in a lock box but I was never given a code. I called support and received different stories; one saying that I should be able to get the key from the lock box and another saying it was not available at that location
