There was no-one to greet us at the desk when we came in. The virtual assistant tablet was difficult to manage and an older person such as my 81 year old Aunt would not have been able to understand how to complete the process at all. Also, trying to manipulate my cell phone while digging for documents like my driver's license was very difficult because there was no table or chair near the virtual assistant stand to put anything down on. Because of this I accidently pulled out my military ID instead of my drivers license. The app did not tell me that it was not correct when I took a picture. The app just said that it had timed out and I needed to get a new link. I did this 3 times before someone from the site eventually came out and took over checking me in at the desk. Then when I went to get the truck and had to go to the app to take pictures and everything else the app kept glitching and sending me back to the beginning. When I came to return the truck the app continued to glitch and did not let me take all the pictures because it kept returning to the beginning. This was very frustrating. Finally someone came out and said she would check the truck in. It would be much better if your app were easier to use and would not glitch or you would go back to having someone who can check people in and out without having to use an app.
