It was a great overall experience. The only problem I had was the app told me to locate the truck but I couldn’t because it was behind the gate and the code to get behind the gate was in the lock box on the side of the building. It doesn’t give you that step until after the find the truck step so I was a little lost. It should give you the lock box step first. Other than that everything was great!

Horrendous process. No live person. All automated took an hour to pick up and 30 minutes to drop off. Avoid if humanly possible.
