Post poor attitude from employees and management. Acting unbecoming around customers, lack of respect to customers. The management should be ashamed of themselves to treat customers in such a manner of disrespect and to also act unbecoming around customers with other employees. After finding out that part of my online reservation was not available at this location I told them to refund it and I'll get something else. After a whole lot of "I cant do this or that" and telling the guy to just get a manager he continues to look for the items. Then come to find out NO MANAGER ON SITE!!!! so he calls them and tells them the customer doesnt want it anymore, umm no moron you DIDNT HAVE IT. All around worst experience with Uhaul I've had. Will never return to this POS location.

Called in to dispute fuel charge, and phone representative needs immediate training on customer service, cut me off multiple times while taking with her and very snappy. All I wanted was an explanation on why the fuel Charge was so high when I put over a gallon back in the tank and only drive 11 miles. Please look into to training with that employee which I didn’t catch her name. Will not be using the location for moving needs in the future.

If a customer ask for a printed receipt, it shouldn't be an issue even though it's emailed. Sometimes it's necessary for individual records, not just the company and/or the individual who returned it. Overall, good experience.

We had to keep the truck a few extra days and did not mind paying the extra. During the move we had purchased the extra insurance for the drive. When we asked for the few extra days they said we were also going to be charged for the insurance everyday. since it was in a safe place we wanted to take it off. After talking to 4 people at the office and 2 customer service people they all said that only the manager can take it off but that she can do it. After finally getting in touch with the manger, and being put on hold for 15 minutes she returned extremely rude and said she wouldn't do anything, she said her staff didn't know what they were talking about and that she wouldn't help me. Moving states is already an extremely difficult time and to have to deal with someone so rude and unhelpful is just so off putting. Will tell everyone not to go here.

My entire ecperience st this location was 5 stsr. Only a glich in the computer when trying to pickup my unit was the only issue. Staff was very friendly and equipment wss superior.
