When I tried to turn in the truck I found out the renting location had given me the wrong truck; hence the beginning gas and mileage readings were wrong, causing my credit card to get charged for gas and mileage I didn’t use - after I had called in to the Central office and been reassured that wouldn’t happen. Still trying to get it straightened out!

This location over charged me, they know they did. They also changed the mileage that I originally put in, during my reservations. They had me pay $132.38 during pickup and $248.23 during drop off that’s 380.61 when I was told I would pay $270 or less. I know for a fact I put in 280 mileage. So really I went 81 miles over and I should had been charged for that. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this company. I would NEVER EVER USE YALL AGAIN!!!!!!

This is how a uHaul is suppose to run. I specifically placed my order using a uHaul location like this and right after I placed the order they cancelled it and said I had to pick up my truck down the road--which I believe is in such disrepair that it should be condemned if it is not already.

Ensure that the computers are working and you have qualified representatives working with customers. I rented a 4x8 trailer and it took 1 hour and 45 min to complete the rental. 2 days before I rented a truck and it took all of 10 mins. The difference was the quality of the representative. Really need to look at this location.

Truck smelled of smoking inside, visor was broken and was billed incorrectly. Was told estimate of mileage would not be billed and actual would be billed. Estimate was billed which is $20 more than it should be. Will be visiting this location today for a refund. Poor way to run a business, will NOT use U-Hail again!

FANTASTIC experience! I highly recommend. The store is clean and superbly stocked. The equipment was clean and ran beautifully (cargo van - the L'il Sammy Mover). Moving is exhausting and frustrating (and emotional) but using U-Haul made the logistics part of it extremely easy. THANKS!

When I called and made an appointment I was given a price. when I got to the pick up location I was told the price was an addition $30.00 added to the amount. I questioned this and told it was for insurance, I told the employee that I was told that my truck insurance covered any trailer I was pulling. The employee told me that was not true... so what could I do except pay the thirty dollars and pick up the trailer. I am not a happy camper!!!!!insurance covered any trailer I was pulling. Inform customers that pick up trucks and vans REQUIRE a major credit card. I walked over 2 miles to pick up truck and couldn't get what I requested because I had debit card. Was charged for extra miles when the uhual next to my house had the same truck I ended up renting. Very unsatisfied customer. I Was told by customer service that I would be reimbursed for extra mileage. So I'm waiting...

reservation was made at a different location. pick up location was not clear, only name of town, not street address given. Also drop off time was not indicated at time of reservation, so there was a surprise when we were told how early truck was due back. We were told to call drop off location to notify of later drop off, but no mention of additional fees.

I was overcharged by the associate. When I brought that to her attention she agreed and said she would refund the overcharge. However, instead of refunding me she charged me again. I need to get this resolved and get my money back.

The price value to rent a vehicle from Uhaul is almost pointless but necessary because most people don't have the opportunity to use vans/ trucks/ trailers. The mileage charge is absolutely absurd especially because there are three different rates. Your system punishes customers for driving longer distances to the point where transportation services are an extremely tempting alternative. I would gladly pay, on average, about $100 more for the convenience of a transporter than to be falsely promised a rental rate that is being advertise. After this experience I will not be using your services again

Please clean these trucks thoroughly. What I thought was fur fabric in the creases of the seats was actually full of dog hair. I felt itchy and begin scratching. I was bitten by fleas and what appears to be a spider bite. When I returned the Uhaul and showed the attendant my fresh bites, she never looked, just jotted down mileage and gave my total and charged my card on file, since I had no other choice but to extend the time of rental. I was in excruciating pain from my ankle being swollen, hard and red. Standing and walking was unbearable but I had to work and situate my house. I have pictures if anyone cares to see. My rating of average is because of the lack of empathy shown toward me. However, the customer service at the beginning of the rental was great. I don't remember his name but he was kind.

Best u-haul location I have ever dealt with, would highly recommend this u-haul location, they have plenty of equipment and supplies, very professional employees!

The reservation system locked up several times. Finally the employee had to restart the computer and moved to another terminal. Neither the CC swipe or chip reader functioned at either terminal. The employee had to type in my CC number by hand.

Went to drop off tow dolly and the people where very rude when I went inside to let them know why I was there. Then when I went back after having water damage to my cargo from the truck they couldn't care less. Terrible attitudes!
