Was not told or given damage assessment form (I only knew .because I've used uhaul before) , I marked it on the carbon copy. Incorrectly billed due to the mobile website check in and out not working and took several days just to get the problem corrected and several days to get the refund. The process of correcting the billing mistakes was extremely stressful and I had call the call center numerous times to get someone for option 3 and that didn't have an attitude they were on the street (I hung up on 2 different people who didn't even have basic call center etiquette) and tell me something other than "call the store". calls forwarded to the call center when the store didn't pickup makes no sense if the call center is telling you to call the store. I had to send an email because after calling all day to the call center I got no answer just on. Hold for option 3. I likely will never use uhaul again because it's so unorganized and the call center is of no use and definitely never go to this location.

It was way to much I rented a pickup truck drove 33 miles had to put 16$ in gas which it was never on the half of tank mark like the lady said but I put it back on there anyway and total with gas insurance and rental was over 80$ for 1 hour and 55 minutes and only 33 miles crazy never again.

This was my first time using U-haul and customer service was poor. I was told there was a 1/2 tank of gas in the vehicle, and when I drove the vehicle less than quarter mile down the road it was at 3/8th of a gallon and I had to spend more money to fill it up to the contract level of 1/2 tank of gas. I'm disappointed by this misinformation and during the sign-in process when I asked the customer representative at the desk about dropping the vehicle off during after hours her response was "read the sign." Overall customer service was poor and the fact that the vehicle had less fuel than was told to me for the contract made this a complete disappointment.

The associates were awful and led one of the customers to start screaming obscenities in the line because they pleaded ignorance about there being no price difference between a 20’, 17’, and 15’ truck even though it’s clearly stated on the website and there was even a location inside the store that had this information. They were fumbling through the computer saying, “there should be a price change, but I don’t know how to do it.” It took both associates to deal with this customer and took the associate away from me. They never gave me the moving pads I ordered. The male associate working with me didn’t know how to use the POS system and I had to help him find where my contract was on the screen (in another tab clearly marked with my last name). I only had 3 people in front of me and it took over half an hour to check out.
