I was very impressed with my experience compared to U-Haul 13 years ago.

The associates were awful and led one of the customers to start screaming obscenities in the line because they pleaded ignorance about there being no price difference between a 20’, 17’, and 15’ truck even though it’s clearly stated on the website and there was even a location inside the store that had this information. They were fumbling through the computer saying, “there should be a price change, but I don’t know how to do it.” It took both associates to deal with this customer and took the associate away from me. They never gave me the moving pads I ordered. The male associate working with me didn’t know how to use the POS system and I had to help him find where my contract was on the screen (in another tab clearly marked with my last name). I only had 3 people in front of me and it took over half an hour to check out.

Could you incorporate a business rate for business owners to utilize trucks at a cheaper rate when they are needed monthly

My truck, while almost new and in new condition, lacked a few features that would make it better and safer for the customer: -Backup camera -An exterior beeper to alert others that the truck is backing up. -GPS -Tighter steering. I don't understand why, in 2018, a truck still has such loose steering. -Better suspension. Leaf springs and inadequate shock absorbers left my truck bouncing all over when going over even the mildest road imperfections, jarring both me and my load.

I was under the impression that I was supposed to receive a confirmation call the day before my reservation, but I never did.

We normally use the bright Boulevard location. However the last couple of times it has not shown availability at that location so I have used this location . Although my first experience was very smooth the second was a bit annoying . Now mind you we just rented a trailer last weekend from this location . When we arrived everything started off smooth for the most part however we had already got our pre-check in and work and asked all the questions of the pre-check in like it didn’t even exist . Then they sent us out to grab her trail . This was the smoothest part of the experience because we just had a back up at hook it up we are very experienced with trailers so we have the entire trailer hooked up by the time the employee came to look at the employee inspected and checked our hitch ratings . After completely hooking up we were asked to pull back around front . Once we were out front we were told no no no you can’t to that trailer that way you have to flip your hitch your too low. Which was completely absurd considering The trailer was already writing completely level . I complied with the request even though it was a pain to have to take it apart put it back together . They did offer can you take it apart and put it back together but I was quite annoyed by the request to flip the hitch so I did it myself . When we were inside finishing everything off the person at the register continue to try to tell us how to load a trailer . I understand that that may be normal procedure however they were told this is not her first time renting a trailer not even the first time from this location . I don’t normally take surveys I feel it’s kind of petty to complain about these tiny issues but as a regular customer it was the attitude that we received we had no idea what we were doing . Hopefully the next time I try to get something from you it’s available at the bragg Boulevard location. I would recommended that location any day . However as for this location I really don’t think I would it was very poor experience .

The windshield was cracked all the way across, which is a safety issue.

The only thing I would do make an improvement would be to move the racks away from the counter, to add some elbow room while doing the contract. Also, hire more people like Virginia Jicha, she was a pleasure to work with during such a stressful time!

I was a bit disappointed that the cart I requested was not available when I came to pick up the truck. Otherwise, all was simple and quick.

Have the truck parked out front so the customer can finish the paper work and go. It’ll eliminate looking for the truck on the lot.

You have 19.99 on the side of your vehicle's but the final payment is always more than double that. It's always you went over the allowed time limit or the miles. Thank you....

Got a call the day before my Vickey up telling me that they did not have the trailer and I had to go to another location. But then I got a call the next day saying that my trailer was ready for pick up at my original place. No idea what’s going on

Staff were helpful with attaching the trailer and explaining the reservation/return process.

Employees must know how to properly handle extended reservations in the computer. I called and made a reservation to include 5 extra days and was quoted an amount. When I picked up my trailer I was charged for the extension twice. I had to open a complaint to get my money back. When I returned the trailer on the scheduled date, I again was asked to pay another hundred dollars because of the extension -- all because the pick-up location mishandled my reservation. It was a frustrating headache at pick-up and drop off.
