Employee at the location was rude and extremely unhelpful. Truck was not maintained well and was parked haphazardly.
NARCISSA DThere is a speed limiter on the vehicle I was renting, which made it difficult to maintain it on one lane, I was forced to constantly switching lane in such large vehicle. Also, I saw other u-haul trucks passing by from behind, meaning the one I rented was from a batch with the speed limiter.
Ken SThe areas WIFI made it difficult to complete both pickup and drop off checklist.
