The guy at the counter was very helpful when the app wouldn't work right. Got me all checked in and on my way. The U-Haul app is challenging at best for self check out. I had to restart it multiple times for it to be usable.

CHARLES BThe site was OK but the trucks are parked on a side hill making inspections difficult to do. Entry and degrees from the truck was a fall hazard on that hill. The site has lousy cell phone reception making it difficult to connect with the cell phone at all. The photo app on the web site didn't work and I had to take photos and upload them through my computer. It was a frustrating experience.
