This pick up location was not clean and inviting. It was in the same parking lot with homeless encampment and "massage parlor". Was difficult to find where to get the key as any signage was obscure and pointed in the wrong direction, the METH addict had to point us to the location. I didn't feel safe. This was not the location I chose to pick up the truck. UHaul changed it to this location. The truck was VERY clean and ran great, except it had tail lights that didn't work.

Great experience but whoever checked in the returned equipment claimed that I returned the truck with less gas than what was reported when I picked up. That is not the case here - if anything, I gave more gas. Please fix and I'll give 5 stars. Thanks
