We provided two licenses (myself and spouse) for authorized drivers but apparently they only entered one, so when we returned the vehicle the desk agent (quite rudely) made an issue that an 'unauthorized person was driving,' which is not the case. Then even though we returned the vehicle a day early we were charged for the other day because it went over the '24 hour window' by 2.5 hours. So even though they had the vehicle back to re-rent we were charged for it.

BRIAN CI didn’t have any issues with this location per se, although the haul was late being returned from the previous customer. The u haul center was closed, but the manager Matt came in to contact that customer to see what the issue was and to help me get settled. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was all set.
