Both the pick up spot and the gentleman I spoke to were very friendly and thorough. I received my confirmation as well as receipts quickly. Vehicle seemed well maintained and was definitely clean. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of this service.

When we arrived the person working at the store had to call someone on the phone about the rental. They handed the phone to me and the person on the phone gave me a lock box code hanging on the wall to get the key and said I was good to go. No one checked the truck out with us. There was sand in the front seat and the back was not swept out. The check engine light was on the entire trip. Outside of that the truck ran perfectly fine and we made it with no issues.
Maria WAir Conditioning in truck only worked when you drive under 40mph. WTF???? If we drove 40, the air conditioner arbitrarily shut off. Too bizarre and very aggravating since it was super hot & humid. Crazy Maintain your trucks better please.
