Attendant couldn't figure out how to do the rental - took an hour to get it, they didn't know how to do the software, had to call and get help from his boss. When we did get the rental, we did the check-in online. When we returned it, they argued with us that it was a full tank of gas, even though it was a half. He then took almost 30 minutes to convince the manager it was right and we were not trying to take advantage of them. Convenient location, but needs more training and people who can do the uhaul rentals without taking an hour to check in even with mobile check-in and check out took almost 45 minutes. Wouldn't recommend for anyone in a hurry by any means.
Darren VToo remote. U haul changed my pickup and drop off location after booking. I had to drive 25 km more.
ENRIQUE CWhen I picked up the vehicle, the dashboard had not been cleaned. It was covered in something sticky, as if somebody had spilled something. I did what I could to clean it myself, but it was obviously dirty so I'm not sure how this was missed. Otherwise, the pickup location was great.
Ryan JMake sure that the truck is clean and don’t reschedule their pick up location saying there was an in person check in available, when there was not.
