Ensure that inventory is properly counted online for booking equipment because when I went to pickup at original location, they couldn’t find reservation, had to wait an hour to locate another truck and drive an extra 2 hours to pickup/dropoff the truck outside of the area I needed it.

Locations for pick up and drop off were 20 k away, when there were other locations closer with same vehicle rented. This just added more extra mileage to my rental. I guess it is what it is

Bryan MI made an error by going to the original location. The person I spoke with learned of my error after completing all the work. They corrected my mistake and made it possible to pick up from the location o was at. Fantastic customer service. Positive results thx.
