This was the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived at this location at 8:30am to pick up my scheduled truck. There were already 4 other people waiting there since 8am to pick up their trucks. The computer system was apparently down and we had to register/sign in for our pick ups on our cell phones. Our trucks were not prepared with the other items that we had ordered (moving blankets, etc). I had to take my own pictures of the truck for the sign-out process - it was was below minus zero and my hands were freezing at that point. My truck had a quarter tank of gas in it and I had a fair bit of driving to make it to my location. Had to stop on the way to my move-out home to get gas. I finally left the uhaul store about 45 minutes after I had arrived, which delayed my move. The other family was well over an hour late to leave the store with their truck. When I arrived back at the store to drop off the truck, the computer system was apparently still down and the store clerk wrote down my contact and credit card information on a pad of paper (with several other people's info) to process my payment. I received a receipt via email. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone to rent a vehicle from and will never use this location again for any future rentals.

The trailer was vetoed in the snow and the lights did not work. We had to fix it ourselves and only got one side working
THOMAS RI know we had a snow storm when I pick the truck up but it was not cleaned off. I had to go ask for a snow brush as there was not one in the truck and the store attendant had to give me her personal snow brush from her car. I had to to go clean off 3 feet of snow myself

TIMOTHY PThe back of the truck was not swept out from previous renter, no moving blankets inside and the interior should have been wiped by last renter. The gentleman that took care of our rental was fantastic!!
