There is nothing I can think of to improve the experience. Lower the mileage rate I guess.

interior was "clean-ish"- inside windshield glass needed a good cleaning.
laura DMake sure the requested items are with the truck as per the order and quote. I ordered 2 dolly's and there were none.
JENNIFER DI stood and waited as they left me to attend to variety store customers. Hard for me as I am handicapped.. They then advised me that is it my job to go out and hook to the trailer and then bring it around to the front door for them to come out and make sure that I had hooked it correctly.. not the type of service that I am used to with UHaul. The only advantage to this location was that is was close to me. I think that next time I would drive to Guelph
Robert MThe Mileage was a surprise, not sure why I missed this in the booking. My route was so short it barely made a difference, but could have been a huge expense if I was going farther. Also, the dolly I ordered was unavailable. Otherwise a good experience.
