When we arrived for the pick up in Fergus there was very little information given, the truck was not even inspected before we left. We then received a voice mail to advise that we would have to drop the truck off in Innisfil, which was not the original agreed upon drop-off location. We ended up dropping off at the agreed upon location in Midland. The staff at the Midland location were very helpful, checked the truck and completed the check in. I then received another call from U-Haul head office validating that we had dropped off the truck and again mentioning about the Innisfil drop off location. Very unorganized, you would think that when the truck was dropped off that would register in the system.
