Nothing to improve!
MARK WI returned the truck to the designated address on my paperwork, 371 Market St, Lawrence, MA, only to be told by the attendant when he went to look it up that I was at the wrong UHaul terminal. my wife was already headed to the designated address to pick me up so I asked him to deliver the truck, as I had completed my trip and arrived at the address on the paperwork. He refused, gave me another address and I had to climb back in after a 20 hour drive to correct a U-Haul error. Very poor customer service.
