Great experience with the personnel. I did let them know about a tire on the trailer that was about to fail. They were concerned and took pictures of it. I would recommend this location in Fernley if you needed a Uhaul, great people.

TERESA Athey double charged me for the rental. the visor kept falling down as i was driving. the last time i used this location i had issues as well. i have been using U-Haul regularly for the last 7 years. it is disappointing to me that recently i have had so many problems.
